Sun Valley Middle serves sixth through eighth-grade students and is located in Indian Trail. We are recognized for our diversity and student leadership. We are a Leader in Me Lighthouse School, empowering staff and students to lead. We are focused on continuous improvement so that we are the standard for excellence among all middle schools. In 2024-25, we achieved the highest growth score of all schools in the state. Our primary goals include academic urgency, a culture of continuous improvement and the physical and emotional safety of all.
